Rename files with name of the upper parent folder.

Parent Rename is a small utility, totally for free, to be executed in MSDOS or from the Windows command line, which allows you to automate the process of renaming a file in a folder at the same time as the parent folder that contains it.

Optionally you can pass parameters to Parent Rename to move the file directly to the top level and, once moved, delete it and delete the folder containing it. An example of the use of Parent Rename is: ParentRename.exe \ "D: \ \ files \ \ parent \ \ ficheroarenombrar.avi \".

For proper operation of Parent Rename you need to previously install. NET Framework 2.0 or higher.
